Detailed Safari Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda
Your adventure begins upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where our professional safari guide warmly welcomes you. After a briefing about your journey, transfer to your comfortable hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Victoria.
Spend the remainder of the day relaxing after your international flight or enjoy an optional evening stroll along the lake.

Day 2 – Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, depart for Uganda's largest and oldest national park. The scenic drive passes bustling towns, lush countryside, and traditional villages before reaching Murchison Falls National Park.
Visit the spectacular Top of the Falls, where the world's longest river squeezes through a narrow seven-meter gorge before plunging over 40 meters into the Devil's Cauldron, creating one of Africa's most powerful waterfalls.
Keep an eye out for baboons, monkeys, and various bird species along the way.

Day 3 – Morning Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari
Rise early for an exciting game drive across the northern plains, where the golden morning light offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.

• Jackson's hartebeests
• Oribis
• Hyenas
• Leopards (occasionally)
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. The riverbanks teem with hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and countless bird species including African fish eagles and kingfishers.
The boat offers one of the best wildlife photography experiences in Uganda.

Day 4 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, journey south through Uganda's picturesque countryside toward Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Along the route, admire tea plantations, crater lakes, rolling hills, and traditional farming communities before arriving at your lodge in time to relax and enjoy spectacular sunset views over the savannah.
The changing landscapes make this one of the most scenic drives in Uganda.

Day 5 – Kasenyi Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Begin the day with an early morning game drive across the famous Kasenyi Plains, one of Uganda's premier wildlife viewing areas.
Possible sightings include:

• Uganda kobs
• Waterbucks
• Warthogs
• Hyenas
• Leopards (with luck)
After lunch, board a boat for a cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lakes Edward and George.
This channel hosts one of Africa's highest concentrations of hippos alongside enormous Nile crocodiles, elephants bathing along the shoreline, buffalo herds, and over 600 recorded bird species.

Day 6 – Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Bwindi
Start the morning with an unforgettable chimpanzee tracking experience in either Kyambura Gorge or Kalinzu Forest.
Follow experienced guides through tropical forest as you search for our closest living relatives. Watching chimpanzees communicate, feed, and swing effortlessly through the canopy is both exciting and educational.
After lunch, continue through the beautiful Kigezi Highlands toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing terraced hillsides often referred to as the "Switzerland of Africa."

Day 7 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Today marks one of Africa's greatest wildlife experiences.
Following a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers, venture into the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family.
The trek may last anywhere from 2 to 8 hours depending on the gorillas' location, but the reward is extraordinary: spending one magical hour observing these gentle giants as they interact, forage, groom, and care for their young.
This intimate encounter is often described as life-changing and remains the highlight of many African safaris.
After the trek, return to your lodge for relaxation and reflection.

Day 8 – Cross into Rwanda & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive through the spectacular Virunga region before crossing the Uganda–Rwanda border.
As you enter Rwanda, the landscape transforms into rolling green hills, immaculate villages, and breathtaking volcanic scenery that has earned the country its nickname, "The Land of a Thousand Hills."
Arrive at Volcanoes National Park and spend the afternoon relaxing while enjoying magnificent views of the Virunga Volcanoes.
Optional cultural visits to nearby communities may also be arranged.

Day 9 – Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda & Kigali City Tour

After your trek, transfer to Kigali, one of Africa's cleanest and most modern cities.
